Stefaan Roegiers is the Head of Business Transformation – Distribution Domain at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL). He is in charge of the teams that define and implement the bank’s digital distribution strategy, from onboarding a prospect over digital lead management to the conclusion of the digital sales.

Stefaan has over 20 years of banking experience in different parts of retail, private and wealth management. His focus was and is always orientated on how to bring business value to the customer via digital platforms while ensuring the human differentiator.
